Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at our store. The following information outlines the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days. Wreaths are individually handcrafted, and processing times may vary during peak holiday seasons. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We primarily ship via USPS and UPS to ensure your wreath arrives safely.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues or severe weather conditions.

Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses is not available, orders will only be sent to physical address.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Our business is located in Texas. For orders shipped within Texas, applicable state sales tax will be applied at checkout. We are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order for shipments outside the United States. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

Damages and Lost Packages

We take great care in packaging our wreaths to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. However, if your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipment carrier  immediately to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim, and take photos of the box and the wreath to help us resolve the issue quickly.
